There are three elements to photographing a corporate event well:

Be in the right place slightly before something cool happens.

Be invisible.

Bring the right gear.

Sometimes it's seminars and conferences. Other times it's work parties on a boat. Either way, the day matters a lot, and it would be silly to spend this kind of budget and not keep any shareable content from it. I understand the desire to extend the event's value out through the year.

For good reasons, I have only posted conference photos below. Work party photos are for the people who were there, and I'd consider it poor form to share examples here.
